Although the Olympic Games are now over, the London 2012 Festival continues across the UK right up until the closing weekend of the Paralympic Games on 9 September. The final few weeks of the Festival will feature some spectacular events in the West Midlands, including Sampad’s stunning outdoor dance performance Mandala and Birmingham Opera Company’s production of Mittwoch aus Licht (Wednesday from Light). And it’s not too late to be part of the celebrations, as there is still time to sign up to run an event as part of Bandstand Marathon. Click here to view full list of events
